Fun gameplay, Bad story full of gaps. Only for FFXIII fans.
Recommended for FFXIII fans. It's a good game. It's fun, looks great, and it does fix problems found in FFXIII. However, the story of this game is not good. Dialogues are cheesy, there's a LOT of plot holes and material often feels recycled. Characters don’t ask questions that are important and a lot of details are dismissed. It's hard to care about these cliche characters. If you get this game, make sure you like FFXIII first. Again, it is an improvement and gameplay is fun, but the poor story and incomplete ending makes it a bad addition to the series.

HP dv7t...power under $1,000
I must say first I love HP notebooks, but I know they are not perfect. Before this dv7T 3300 I owned a DV9700 CTO with Core 2 Duo. I thought that going from a 2.4ghz dual core processor to a 1.6ghz quad core processor wouldn't change things much, but I was wrong. This HP dv7t loaded with i7 Core processor, a 7200RPM HDD, 4gb RAM and a Geforce GT 320M is a huge improvement. I may not notice the difference with daily applications such as MS Office, but when it comes to video edition with Adobe Premiere, and photo edition with Photoshop...that's when this notebook shines. I can render HD videos in real time with almost no delay and work with huge PSD files smoothly. This notebook is not as heavy as my previous DV9700 and it is very quite (fan and HDD don't make too much noise). It has a small subwoofer below it and it improves the sounds dramaticaly, while still not being the best option if you want a lot of power with music. As far as gaming, you can play the latest games in medium settings. The video card has 1GB memory and 24 CUDA cores but it is still not enough for hardcore gaming, but hey...this notebook costs less than $1000. Overall, I think you get a lot for the money and I've always had good experiences with HP support. If you want to get one of the most powerful notebooks for less than $1000...go for it!

Good game, impressive visuals, not memorable.
Long story short, this is a good lunch title. Impressive visuals, overall an entertaining game, but definitely not memorable. If you enjoy a nice FPS and you're not expecting it to break new ground, then go for it. If you're expecting a ground breaking game because of this new console generation, keep waiting.
