Very good on the whole.
On the whole I am very pleased with this. The refurbishment is very good and it looks like new, with an installation disk, booklet, USB to printer cable and a good text printing result, but I had trouble connecting it even though I have been setting up Epson printers for years. I finally managed by means of the WPS facility on my router. The main problem, however, was colour printing. The test sheet enclosed was text, and it was when I was printing a colour item that I noticed problems, so I had to run through the maintenance process of nozzle cleaning etc, and I think that it is now sorted. I have never bought a refurbished model before, but feel right at home with this printer, so I hope that it is going to give me as good an experience as the XP model I bought from new. I wanted one that uses the same inks as I had a small supply that I didn't want to waste, so that is a bonus. When I looked at new printers I was shocked at the price of them these days, and even when there were models available at around £50 there were no compatible inks. Who on earth buys branded inks at those prices? They are often lower capacity and as I recall, the amount of printing per cartridge makes it very expensive per sheet. So I feel that this was a very good buy, quickly delivered.

Yes a very reasonable quality buy, recommend reading the review in full.
With the option of yes or no for good quality I would have like another option to say reasonable. There were a couple of faults with the first one but a replacement was quickly sent out, so I recommend the seller for customer service. I would just say that picture only illustrations are not adequate at times as the print is very small and mistakes can be made. Written instructions are needed but this is on the manufacturer. They are all the same these days. I think that I am reasonably intelligent but couldn't work out at first how the hinges went on, even thoug I could see the recesses, they didn't seem to sit properly. Sussed it though. The doors don't quite meet but that allows an airflow through the cupboard and doesn't really spoil the look. One notable fault is that the door magnets as fitted at the bottom don't work properly and I have to keep pushing the doors onto them. I thought about reversing them so that it was metal on mtal but that was unsightly. I am going to try to source some small drilled flanges to double up on the contact points. Some of the flanges overlap the edge of the door even when fitted correctly, but it isn't really noticeable.

Okay on the whole but slightly faulty.
