Good but Slow
The product was great. The only problem was I had a dishwasher laying on its side in my kitchen for 12 days while I waited for the part arrive. Needs a faster way to ship.

AWESOME LITTLE UNIT!!!
Gotta say I didn't expect much. But this over the wall unit work unbelievably awesome. Stays level and in place way better than I expected. And the unit does an amazing job of cleaning and collecting all the floating top surface stuff. I couldn't be more pleased with the product. I highly recommend it.

Save your money!!
Nothing like the old style Hot Shot. This model is very hard to push down to release the water and after less than a year the plastic part that dispenses the water broke. I ordered a second one by accident, and returned it once I realized it was the same piece of junk. Wish they go back to the former way of dispensing the water.
