Does what it was designed to do.
I replaced the old reversing unit with this one and the locomotive now switches between forward and reverse properly.

Good Moen replacement
The rubber gasket of our Moen plate had become compressed over the years and was detached at the bottom. This allowed water to get behind the plate and into the wall. This plate is Moen compatible. The rubber gasket fits around the plate, so it is visible whereas the Moen gasket was inside the plate and invisible. However this plate fits perfectly and it has fixed our problem.

Convenient and effective
Nice not to have to fuss with the gas engine and mixing gas. The head is heavy, but that helps just slice through branches. Having two lengths to choose from is also useful. Having used gas and cordless, I'll go cordless every time.
