HECASA Toe Plates-Most Accurate DIY Wheel Alignment Tool/Gauge Aluminum

Works Great
Our Kawasaki 610 Mule toe-in was 1-1/2" from the factory. That wore out the front tires. I set the toe-in at 1/32", the garages and the Kawasaki dealer wouldn't adjust the toe-in, if they can't hook a computer to something their lost. Small wheels you will need to lay a short 2X4's down or on edge and set the plates ends on the 2X4's. I used a 6' level as a straight edge to get the front wheels straight ahead. Hold the straight edge against the tire, then see what the distanced is from the rear tire, turn the steering wheel so both sides are the same distanced, then adjust toe-in. At this time check to see if the steering wheel is straight if not you will adjust with the tie rod ends. For a car or truck you will have to use a string. There is a learning curve.

Some Fit Some Don't
When Kaw. welds up the frames, things can move, so the MFG of the hitch has to adjust for that. The hole on the right side is to close to the tube. I machined/slotted the hole over .200 but should have gone .250. The hole on the left side is about 2-1/2" from the other tube so not a problem. Now where it's fastened...not exactly fastened...to the muffler bracket, longer bolts are used w/out nuts. I shimmed the gaps with washers, I noticed when stepping on the hitch it springs a good bit, putting nuts on the bolts might help but not noted by MFG. If the MFG moved the hole over .250 all the hitches would fit, I checked with other retailers and this is a common problem. Some buyers drill larger holes so it fits.

Good But Could Be Better
It depends what your using them for. I'm using them to replace caster wheels that the outer part of the wheel came off the inner core. Weight is about 500lbs load. They don't show to get the 3/8" hole there is a steel bushing, the bushing is a loose fit in the hole of the wheel. You have the plastic bushings pressed in, then the steel bushing, so you have 2 diameter holes, 3/8" and with out measuring, a1/2" hole without the steel bushing. The steel bushing OD needs to be a little larger, but it works.
