How things lose substance with time
2 of 3 found this helpful I ordered these to recreate a set I had as a young person thinking they would be improved from those. To my surprise these die cuts were nothing but shadows of the wonderful pieces that I enjoyed as a kid. Unlike those of years ago they are thin, flimsy and kind of over painted. I am glad that are reissued each year for others to have, thay do not have the appeal of those thick, embossed, simple orange/ yellow/ black ones that graced the houses years past. I have been able to find enough of the original versions to make my set I just wish bristle or luhrs could try out those older color configurations I think they would be a hit.

Great vintage tv
Classic well written timeless television show. Still worth watching today.
