No volume control - big mistake
0 of 3 found this helpful It is no too bad but there is no volume control on my Roku Box Express HD, big mistake. My previous Roku had one that ran out of updates and would not work any more had a volume control but not the latest model! We did not appreciate that it did not have the volume controls We then had to purchase a new tv and the new Roku was the right one for this tv and one has to have the two controls all the time simply because of NO volume control. For an extra pound or two you could have fitted the volume controls, in fact, why did you decide not to fit them? We would have returned them but I am under house lock down because I am 73 and I have some serious illnesses that confine me to not even to go go out of the front and back doors. I have a lot of other restrictions as well, which I will not go into. Kindest regards Derek
