    DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER! The condition of the item I purchased was not at all how it was pictured/described in their listing. I reached out to the seller right away and sent photos of the wrinkles and asked for help. All they said was it was a plushie and it would clear out in a few weeks. It has been a month and the wrinkles are still very prominent. After waiting a few weeks I reached out to the seller multiple times to ask for help and they completely stopped responding to me.

    The pillow was shipped in vacuumed package and it has wrinkles when you take out of it. Due to the nature of the material this pillow used, the wrinkles would be gone after a period time of use or ironing or steaming to ease it out. The picture you sent was how it looks when you just took it out of the package. Please stop misleading people and follow our instruction to get the wrinkles off. If you do not know how to do it, take it to a dry clean shop and ask for help.
