Good but not the best for the money
My phone doesn't work with fitbit, so I got this watch. Fitbit is much better: You don't have to worry about starting and stopping applications, the reports are easier to read and there are more of them, and fitbit is more accurate. I walked for two hours yesterday and this watch said I only went 100 steps. I find that's pretty typical.
I do like the design and that it looks more like a watch than a fitness tracker.

Seems to be having a positive effect.
My dogs seem to be doing better since I've started giving them this supplement.
