Good but don't over do it
I used it every day for a week. My neck at the base of the scull has been so tight I have had to take anti inflamitories. My Chiro said to be careful and never push harder than you could with your thumb. So I have completely stopped using using for a week now so I don't cause damage and let it recover. Trigger point therapy is great but use it carefully and never over do it. I highly recommend it for the neck and upper back. If you are a trigger point masseuse then it will definitely save your thumbs.
Please note I am not an expert and if you are considering this for personal use seek expert advice before purchasing.
