If you are trying to lose a few pounds this product will assist.
Whilst you have to take 3 tablets 1/2 hour prior to eating it gives you a double whammy if you are trying to lose weight. Waiting the half an hour dulls your craving and then when you do eat it clearly does it's job - I have only just started taking it, however when I do you will recognise the symptoms - no need to describe them!

Very good quality
Very solid and resilient side plate. I had to buy end of run so purchased black to go with my white and black speckle plates and they look fantastic together.
