needlessly requires child account
This device needlessly cannot be used with a primary adult account, which means that people who are elderly, have impaired vision, or who for any other reason want a simple device have to jump through hoops to get it to work. Fitbit needs to rethink the unnecessary restrictions on how the device can be used. After purchase there is no reason to restrict the software to be limited to any particular kind of account. Beware that there is no "upgrade" path which is often mentioned in the community support forums for this device. Also support agents are not well informed.
