I ordered this item in good faith on the 20th of April. 4 days later I asked when it would be shipped and no answer on 25th same question so I opened a case against this seller and I now want this seller to cancel the order for no response time I also saw there is no review of any kind on this seller so I am ready to cancel the order and I found another one on the same item that says order being prepared for shipment and that seller has over 140 positive reviws I do not reccoment this seller

This is a ripoff. They sent a DVD that will not play in a U.S. format player. The buyer is led to believe that this is a U.S. version since cover is printed in English. FYI, seller will not accept returns so buyer is stuck with paying for product that is not able to be used.
