False Advertising
They are not selling new items. My suspicion is that they are product that have been replaced under warrantee. They are not sent in a box it is in bubble wrap and a plastic bag and the plug is not an Australian GPO plug also the base does not charge which makes me assume this is why it would be a warrantee replacement item. There are visible wear marks all over the product.
