Poor quality UV canister. Breaks easily and poses a safety issue when it does

Glass canister for UV filter was cracked and broke easily. Costs around $40 to replace however not worth doing since the entire pump costs just above $100. If the glass was replaced with a plastic version then it would be safer to remove and clean.
