Pure fun
This is a great looking Transformer. It's simple but there's something about it that will keep you interested. The full robot looks great. Although this is not a 'main character', It has a near perfect traditional look. The only negative thing I can say about this toy is that it should have come with a small weapon for it to hold. Still very nice.

The best Shinkallion so far
If you are into this series then this is the one to get. It has many of the features from previous Shikallion trains but also this has 'wings' to give it a flight mode. the previous trains have simple transformations. This one is a bit different with several more moving parts. The bow weapon adds character to the root form. All in all very satisfying.

Awesome remake
1 of 1 found this helpful This is a great retelling of a classic anime. It is similar to the original yet updated to reflect modern times. The characters have more depth and their interaction is more interesting. Overall I highly recommend this box set to anyone who enjoyed the original Yamato / Starblazers series.
