Do they even HAVE quality control?
2 of 4 found this helpful First unit arrived with a dead string of pixels and no audio working on any of the 3 HDMI ports. ROKU forces you to connect to a network and sign up for their streaming service before you can even get to the HDMI option.
Insult to injury: they couldn't be bothered to include batteries that actually had enough charge to power their remote.
Decent picture, plenty bright and decent sound based on what I could hear from the bings and boops from the menu. Too bad I never got to listen to any actual shows on it.
