Timer dial is not rotating.
The timer isn't functioning. I am trying to determine why, but, so far, have been unsuccessful. All the lights work, but I have to manually turn the dial, on the timer, to the on and off settings.
This is the same problem that I was having with my previous one, but it worked great for 25 years before the timer quit moving.
