The Hepa filter ended my howling noise and works fine now !
So I watched a YouTube which described the howling sound my Dyson vac was making . She said it was the hepa filter , so I thought ok in the past I have replaced some of the vacuum hoses for a leak but they were good so I ordered the combo since the top filter could use a change as well. I changed both and Wala , plugged it in and turned it on and surprisingly no more howling noise ! Yay It did the trick
