Delicious Pineapple upside down recipe
My favorite recipe in this cookbook is the Pineapple Upside down cake baked in a caste iron skillet. I loaned my copy to a relative but forgot which one. I ordered another cookbook for me and one as a gift for a friend who’s was interested in using her caste iron skillet to bake a cake in. Famous Dave has a lot of delicious recipes with colored pictures in his book.
