Great DVD for people with back problems
1 of 1 found this helpful This is a very good DVD for anyone with back problems. The movements are gentle and easy. The workout is about 20 minutes long, but it goes by quickly. He transitions from one pose to the next so smoothly that, before you know it, you are doing the guided relaxation at the end. Even after doing this workout a few times, I can see some improvement. My balance is a bit better and I am starting to feel a little stronger in my back. I'm sure that with continued use, I will see more improvement in time. I would recommend this DVD to anyone who has back problems. It's easy and fun to do!

Great Book!
1 of 1 found this helpful I am very impressed by this book. Lots of projects in there with easy to understand directions. There are items in this book that I always wanted to learn how to do. Now I will be able to make lots of new pieces to add to my line of jewelry. Great book to add to your collection!

Night at the Musem: Battle of the Smithsonian
I just got this game and I haven't been able to put it down! It is challenging, but not impossible! I like that part the most! In this game, you have to make your way through differnt parts of the museum, running into different characters who's job is to stop you. It might take you a few tries to get past them (maybe more than a few :) ) but you will make it! I'd guess most of the people who play this game are children. But I am FAR from a child and I am totally enjoying playing this game!
