A refresher and reminder
Well, yes. It's "compelling" if you need/want to know the real rules for conducting a meeting. Frankly, I'd forgotten and suddenly found myself on a "board" and needed a refresher. This was perfect.

Would you be ready in the event of an EMP (Electromagnetic Pulse) attack? After reading this, I know I'm not.
This is a great book. It's the first of a trilogy that spins a very compelling story.

easy to clean and refill
well made and easy; like anything else new, it took several days for the hummers to discover it but it's a terrific view when they use it. The only thing that I think could improve it would be to have perches for the feeding holes.
