Excellent seller. The printer I ordered ended up being out of stock, but the seller was quick to reach out and offer me a replacement of greater value. Item arrived as described. I knew I was taking a risk buying an un-repaired printer, and it took some work and troubleshooting to figure it out, but two days later and about $15 in parts I am up and printing. Seller was excellent and communicating and giving me options. Will definitely buy from them again.

Excellent seller! Communicative and helpful. UPS had a problem and the seller helped out! The printer I got was fairly new. It was in the OEM box and looked like someone got it as a Christmas present but they couldn’t get it working. It wouldn’t power up but I got it figured out in about 5 minutes after checking with a multimeter. Everything is in good shape and perfect for my new Ender 3 NG project. A+ would buy again from this seller. I love refurbishing Ender 3 units!

These are listed as unrepaired. Regardless, they do come well packed and in pretty good condition. I was missing minor items but that was indicated as possible in the ebay listing. Shipping took a few days longer than expected but the seller was very good about taking care of things. I would buy again.

Item was well packaged and arrived quickly. Unfortunately it was DOA but the vendor was quick to respond to help with troubleshooting issue. When it was determined the unit was defective vendor quickly sent a replacement unit. Replacement was easy to install without issue and I am quite satisfied with the product AND the service!
