It’s ok
Fitment wasn’t perfect. Had to get extra hardware to help keep it on. The 3m tape they sent wouldn’t stick. The hardware they sent didn’t work, the nuts were a different thread pitch than the studs. You will have to heat it no matter what. But it does look good

Not OEM
Says OEM but it’s a Chinese knockoff. We will see how it works. It’s looks exactly like the original part and bolts up fine.
