Not what I wanted
While not what I was hoping for, there are a few ideas for using vintage hankies. My biggest issue was that the content focused on having large amounts of the same hankie rather than using collections.

Great Inspiration
If you want to get your toes wet (try your hand at art quilting) this book will offer lots of exercises and inspiration to get you started.
