Awful experience. The laptop I received was in much worse condition than the one pictured, disgusting food in between keys, damage to body of laptop, trackpad, just horrible. The seller kept changing story - first they said that it was marked as used so I couldn’t expect better condition (well the listing pics said otherwise) then they blamed an intern for not cleaning it. I needed it urgently for a project so I don’t have time to return. I feel let down and did not expect this from a “charity”.

There was a rattling in side the case of the pc, turned out to be just some unused hardware. Inside was pretty much spotless.
