It is as shown in the description. I haven't tried it yet so I can't confirm it does what it says it does. At only $5+ a vile, it's reasonable value. Get What You Pay For
Stay clear of the cheap ones, you get what you pay for, this actually cuts a toy poodles’s hair nicely.
The cheap ones tend to not even cut, so a waste of money.
Cordless is handy, it was noisier than I thought, was expecting it to be quieter. A good idea to get pups used to clippers noise at a young age.
