    Theif ! Beware of this seller! I paid for ground advantage shipping with tracking. Seller chose to keep my shipping money and send it in a envelope with forever stamps no tracking. When I contacted them, no help, no refund of my shipping money not used. Now seller will not respond .

    I approved a 33% discount offer on the item, went to post office and found that it would fit in an envelope and be about 2 oz, so I used First Class Postage and it was delivered in 3 days around year-end. I offered her a 50% / $3 shipping refund and she declined. So she is getting a return and refund. ITEM AS DESCRIBED, CHEAPEST AVAILABLE!! See my other feedback, as I spend significant time and effort no matter the price to provide fast service and items packaged well.

    Seller was very responsive when I reached out about an issue with one of the DVDs. The advice she gave of cleaning the disc resolved the problem we were having where clicking on one episode from the menu resulted in a different episode being played. I was sure the disc was defective, and would never have considered that this was the cause!

great show
missed it on tv, maybe other commitments that weekly night. But watching now is great, comedy, character interactions, the hot Yvonne Strahovski!! Great series, starting season 4 as soon as I get it on dvd, not on any other service! And no commercials.
