Bear Grylls-looks and is fighting fit, here's how
This book gives Bear's success story at finding a physical training program that achieved what he wanted,"to look fit as well as be fit."
There is a range of workouts as well as warm up and cool down routines.
I have found the workouts challenging and satisfying.
I expect in the next couple of years to end up achieving something of what Bear achieved. Very happy with this book and the inspiration it contains.
