Hat arrived completely damaged as the box was totally flattened in shipping. I tried to readjust the flattened top part but soon gave up and took it to a nearby charity store to sell. Eric Javits hats are the best, but this arrived unsalvageable , due to mishandling, for my needs. Evidently the box should have been reinforced to withstand a heavy item being dropped on it during transit. Really a bummer as I was looking forward to my new fancy Texas
