The first honest seller of prescription hearing aids on eBay, the description and the packaging showed that the hearing aids was unsealed, not tempered and really new. Hopefully the seller’s statement that the Resound brand I received has its original manufacturer’s 3-yr warranty is also true. My previous experience was so bad purchasing on eBay the very same HA, encountering a complete fraud seller I have reported already, who against the law was initially refusing to provide with full refund.

I sent them a message on a Sunday, never expecting a reply until Monday at the earliest. They contact me on Sunday, just an hour or so after my initial contact, explained options and helped me with some additional advise.
