I Love Steam Mopping!
2 of 2 found this helpful I was very surprised how much dirt was picked up of the floor because I had recently traditional mopped. The Bissell is very easy to operate and is very maneuverable. I used the scrubbing brush in a couple of spots and it worked nicely. It is a little tricky to reattach the head. I am sure the instructions might say to turn of the machine and let it cool, but I didn't and was careful not to get burned. I will never go back to a mop and bucket or the disposable mop cloths.
