Some good ideas but...
I like the creative ideas for meals but I wonder about the amount of veggies one gets from splitting such small amounts into 4+ servings. I suppose anything is better than nothing but the portions of veggies in the dishes seem to be quite small. I've tried a few recipes and they were hits. I did add a little more puree where I thought I might be able to get away with it and so far I have been sucessful and my additions have gone undetected.
