Received better than expected but drivers needed to be installed fully and completely, they were NOT. Missing half the Windows 10 device manager drivers, fortunately not a bg deal for me. Not very communicative, no response when emailed and product shipment was not as specified and took longer than it should have. But, received a quality and resonably well packaged laptop with no damage. Overall product was good but service was somewhat lacking. Positive on item received, 5 stars on description.
