Must not have been tested before selling.
1 of 1 found this helpful It had dirty volume control. And headset jack dirty and much scratching sound. I was able to get it working a lot better.

Fast and good coffee
I love the ease of using pods instead of grounds, and how quick the machine makes one cup of coffee. I bought it because my niece had a Breville and I loved using it when I visited her; I don't need one with a 64 oz capacity, and Consumer Reports recommended the Black and Decker so I bought it and am very happy - will not go back to a regular coffee maker.
