Game with Studio Ghibli artwork, enough for 5 stars but this game gave more
Amazing game. From art style to game play, this game is beautiful. I bought the game because I'm a fan of RPG's and Studio Ghibli. So when I heard of Ni No Kuni, I was super excited and hoping the creators didn't ruin their shot at this perfect combination. The very second I started playing, my skepticism withered away. The story instantly pulled me into the game's world. Especially since it was being told with Studio Ghibli's amazing artwork. The characters are very likeable and they each have a great story behind them. The gameplay is really fun and feels unique, with the way you can instantly switch between all the characters and their familiars. I loved the fact that there's so much to do in the game, even after the story is over. It was really fun collecting familiars, completing bounty hunts and exploring for all the hidden areas in the game. All in all, this game feels and plays as beautiful as it looks and once it was over, I jumped on my computer to see if there was going to be a second game. It's a definite must buy if you want to play something refreshing and/or you like/love Studio Ghibli's work.
