Solid build at a competetive price
Have owned five models of the Proflex range over the last five years, from a couple of high power output models to more recently a couple of PRT-200's and all have performed without fault. Unless you require higher output models I recommend the purchase of just the output required for the 120 Volt equipment you need to drive. As with all transformers the larger they are the more likely they will produce some noise. My advice is instead of one large (and heavy) step down transformer try to accomodate several smaller versions instead, dedicated to each piece of equipment. The reason I am now using models like the PRT-200.

Great alternative to Original manufacturer models.
Great product for the price. Aftermarket chargers are available everywhere. Fraction of the OEM price from specialised tool outlets.
