Nikkor 200-500mm f/5.6E ED VR lens.
12 of 12 found this helpful Having purchased this lens about a month ago. I am very happy with it. The images that I've captured so far have been superb. Clean and sharp. I use it mostly for my moon shots. At 500 mm, the details are incredibly Sharp. I haven't yet though tried it in sport mode....so I can't say anything about that part yet. For the money, it's well spent. Do note it is a bit heavy...About 8 pounds. And massive too. You can freehand no problem thanks to the VR stabilization. All in all. I do recommend this lens.
