Not Too Bad. Okay for Entry Level & Basic Social Media Use
It's works fine, but there was some background hiss when I listened to the playback on my Macbook Pro (after Data Wrangling). I had it mounted on my DSLR which I recorded too. I use a good DSLR Card and I hadn't noticed any background hiss before using the built-in mic and a lapel Omni-Directional mic . I Imported the audio clips into Adobe Premiere Pro CC (it's a video project) and used Adobe Audition to remove the background sound. The background hiss may be acceptable for entry level / Social Media sound recordings (with the hiss) but for semi-professional and professional use (I'm a Post-Graduate Film Student) you either need to use Adobe Audition or similar background sound hiss removal tools, or buy a more expensive mic. Apart from the background hiss a reasonable quality audio sound recording was achieved and it has good sensitivity / no trouble picking up the sounds (it's battery powered). Overall I think I got what I paid for.
