Great for newbies
This is a great book for anyone new to home butchering, shows where to shoot the animal and the most humane ways etc, shows all cuts of meat on lots of different types of animals, tips on how to set up your processing room, I just love this book it was just what I was after, sometimes the internet just can’t answer everything well enough, this book does.
