Solid product for Boot Disc builder

This particular case is great for using an SSD or HDD for the hardcore tech boot disks like Win10PE or BartPE users, as it doesn't drop power or fail to be seen by BIOSes when systems are booting up. I use this with Win10PE utilities, and other recovery disk scenarios in my personal and professional capacities. I've never had a system that could boot from USB fail to recognize this disk is attached, so it can boot from just about any computer. They're light, easy to store, and don't have a proprietary cable, so when I lose the cable to it I can simplly purchase another USB3 cable and be on my way. The top is tool-less, and slides off with a minimum of force, but also does not slip off without meaning to. The shell is also soft textured in a way, but still smooth. It has an LED dual color indicator that works well but isn't blindingly bright. It comes with a soft foam tape insert that I recommend installing, for 2 reasons: a) it keeps the top lid from sliding open because of pressure of the drive against it, and b) it helps cushion the drive from shocks. Use an SSD with this, and you'll have an ultra-light and ultra-fast boot media for data recovery.
