    (10) 0.30mm (.0118") 2 FLUTE MICRO CARBIDE ENDMILLS Kyocera Tycom
    06 January 2017
    Very Pleased!
I purchased these endmills for milling PCB's. Up to now - I have been using V bits (0.1mm 10, 20, 30 degree) and have not been pleased at all. V bits tend to leave burrs and a rough finish so sanding is required to get a smooth finish. I tried using these endmills (replacing the V bits) and the finish is absolutely perfect! No burrs or sanding needed. Cuts are very smooth and accurate. I would strongly to recommend these endmills for any kind of PCB work.

3 Axis CNC USB Card Mach3 200KHz Breakout Board Adapter For Stepper/Servo Driver
    01 September 2016
    Great Improvement!
I ordered this USB card for my 6040 CNC machine which already had a parallel port type breakout board installed. The card comes with an mini CD containing the installation manual (PDF), an updated driver for the card, and a copy of MACH3 software (not sure if its simply a demo version since I didn't use it). The installation of the card is very straight forward as it was well explained in the manual - I had no problems what so ever. I took advantage of the extra outputs and use them to control mist, coolant pump and best of all - spindle motor control (on/off, FWD, REV and speed control). I immediately noticed a big improvement on the smoothness of the stepper motors. Everything seems far more precise probably due to the increase frequency of the USB port (200kHz) in comparison to the parallel port. Another positive about the card is that it runs from a USB port and with windows 7 - no need to look for an old computer that has a parallel port and XP operating system. Overall, I highly recommend this card due to its ease of installation and improvement over the common parallel port type breakout boards.
