Great sound and value.
Filled in the low-end sound for my travel trailer system, yet compact enoiugh to fit under a seat. Has the LFE connection I wanted.

Alexa remote won't update firmware
Back light is nice. Dedicated keys are nice. Voice actuation is nice. My complaint is that it will not complete a firmware update. It want's to do that every time I turn on my theater system. Using it with a 2nd gen firecube. I've spent a ton of time following online advice to no avail.

Nothing else that I've tried even comes close.
It is so fast and easy to use. Just put a dab on a small section of paper towel. Cover the glass in a film. Wipe it off with a clean paper towel. Done!
