  Shoes were listed as 'Used' - fair enough. Made an offer which the seller accepted but when the shoes arrived l discovered the edge of the sole on one had detached and had been repaired. This wasn't mentioned in the listing nor (as l was unaware of it) obvious from the photos. I requested a return and refund, seller refused and offered me a reduced price - which l declined. No progress, so l referred to eBay. They agreed with me and my refund was processed. Not a great experience.

  I bent over backwards for this buyer, assured him repair was insignificant, offered him a partial refund as goodwill gesture, accepted the refund request, yet he still left negative feedback. Think he expected buying used shoes he would get good as new condition. Disappointing.
