Definitely size 2 or 3 sizes up
1 of 1 found this helpful Everything was great about except for the fact that my 15lb dog could barely move in it and his head touched the top so i had to give it away and buy a 3XL size because there is no way a 25lb+ dog could fit in it due to my 15lb yorkiepoo being uncomfortable in it....sizing seem very off.
