Don't be swayed by a wimpy review.
I've marinated and tenderized huge chops for many years with a fork, and had in mind what would work better. This is it. The meat has to be held down so you occasionally nick your finger with the fork , plus it's really slow. This devise works really well and is fast. You do need a long bristle stiff nylon brush to aid in proper cleanup.

Caution, not full sized valves.
Advertised as motorcycle and automotive, not so ! Would be extremely dangerous if used in industry standard .453 inch (11.5 mm.) standard rim hole diameter. These are for approximately .375 in. rim hole diameter.
