Easier than you think
8 of 8 found this helpful I'm a novice at anything car related. But my Ford dealership wanted $600 to buy and install this product. I bought it here for considerable less and grabbed a $20 non marring tool set from Canadian tire. 2 hours of time is all it took me to remove the damaged pad trim, clean the post off and install the new one. It's plug and play, the plug is up inside the door panel, just inside and to the upper left of the plastic wrap stuff. The plugs snap into the holes on the door frame and the 3m tape secures it nicely. Save your money and buy this and install yourself. Works flawlessly.
