Good clean seal
Wanted to seal around my new shed windows without using messy putty. Clean and easy to apply giving an immediate seal, with no messy fingers.

Up and running in no time....well nearly.
1 of 1 found this helpful I installed this on a Hormann frame/door. I hit a snag when mounting the centre rail as it was obstructed by a cross member holding the side rails in position. The instructions indicated that this cross member could be lowered into alternative screw positions below, but the centre rail was still obstructed. I ended up re-engineering the hangers for the side rails to enable the cross member to be removed. I could have fitted the centre rail higher, but the screw holes were provided on the door frame for this unit to bolt into.
Apart from this the opener is operating smoothly. My one observation concerns the hand held remotes. There is no click or perceived movement of the buttons when pushing them, so no positive feed back that the button has been pressed.
