Unreliable product.
It looks good but has a lot of problems.
it goes in to sleep mode by itself and needs to switch OFF & ON every 3 minutes before every use.
Returned and bought a brand new one from Best Buy, which Left Control Key doesn't work.

Best performance over other brands in the same class and price.
1 of 1 found this helpful I have been using and compared many other expensive brand name headphone and found that this headphone has an outstand performance more than I expected.
I'm completely satisfied with it and bought 3 more.
