A great reference for those interested in the wildlife and habitats of PA.
As a volunteer naturalist with the Army Corps of Engineers this book is invaluable resource guide in the work I do with students of elementary age. Our program focuses on animal habitats and the animals of eastern Pennsylvania and the role the Corps plays in providing continued and varied habitat for their survival.

A Great Way To Store Your SD Cards
This lightweight yet drably is a nice way to stop and travel with your camera cards It will protect better than those little plastic boxes they give you with the cards. Fits easily into a pocket or camera bag. It will hold as many cards as most people would need.

Not really just a "Beginners Guide". It's a fairly comprehensive text.
This guide is great for people to cary out into the field for IDing dragons and damsels. It contains a lot of background information about Odonata, habitats, flight season etc. They may have done better doing an Eastern Guide and a Western Guide but this volume covers most of the species you are likely to encounter. A well done publication. I give them out at dragonfly presentations to get folks interested in hunting Odes.
